The final push to organizing your Science & Engineering Fair can be tough. Use a checklist two weeks before your fair to help you feel confident that you are ready to go. Here are some examples of items to be sure are set in place.
✔ Principal and the school staff are fully aware and supportive of your fair details
✔ Principal or equivalent is confirmed to attend the fair as the Health & Safety Officer
✔ Written confirmation of room reservations is received
✔ You have necessary paperwork from your Scientific Review Committee and Institutional Review Board (if applicable)
✔ Science Fair Committee members have met their goals
✔ Volunteers are confirmed
✔ Tables and fair space are planned
✔ Projects are registered
✔ Awards have been ordered
✔ Judges have received guidelines
✔ Families have been informed of the final logistics for the fair
