Change Order Process
In the event a timeline, task, or other agreed upon expectation needs to change from the signed STEM Generation contract terms including Proposals, Memorandums of Understanding, and Data Protection Agreements, the partner of STEM Generation will need to request the change through STEM Generation’s Change Order Request process. Should a Change Request Form be required to meet the dynamic needs of the District, the District also agrees to incur a fee of $50/hour, with a minimum of $200 total, for changes to be made.
In District Partnerships, Change Order Requests are most commonly used for Professional Learning and the District-Wide Science and Engineering Fairs. When submitting a change for the Science & Engineering Fair, please note that all fair logistics will be finalized no later than seven (7) months prior to the fair date.
