We are so excited to partner with you to help Make Science Fair Fun®! In order to get the most out of the programs that we offer, it is important that you know where to find the emails we send. To do that, we’ve created this handy how-to that should help.
Our emails typically land in a filtered inbox, rather than your main inbox folder. That’s okay! In Gmail, you might find us on either the “Promotions” or “Updates” tab. We’ve tested all of our emails and we see that they land in both, In Outlook (MSN/Hotmail), they get sent to the “Other” tab.
Search these folders for emails from Science Fair Fun and you should find them quickly and easily. Then, save them into a folder for easy access.
Didn’t find it in one of the filtered inboxes? Try checking your spam folder and then marking the email as “not spam.” This should teach your inbox that these are emails that you’re looking for.
If you still don’t see our emails, it’s possible that our message got caught in a firewall. Let us know right away and we will do what we can to make sure that you’re receiving the emails you signed up for.
There are dozens of other email clients, but each of them have a similar function. Taking a moment to add us to your contacts will help make sure you don’t miss an email from us!
