Kimberly Hwa Davis has worked in nonprofits for the past 10 years. She has her bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Kansas and worked for five years at the Denver Art Museum in family and community programs, creating content and facilitating programs for patrons of all ages.

Dr. Donna Grant Wilcox has a PhD in Counseling with Certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Living Therapy. Donna also holds a Master of Theology Degree and is an ordained, Non-Denominational Chaplain.

Katie has centered her 18-year career around inequities within the field of early childhood education and family services. Her initial experiences as an Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher led Katie to recognize the need to impact change through program development, curriculum instruction, and non-profit business operations.
