Science is for everyone. Unfortunately, systemic lack of access can make it seem like science is only for a few. In my roles as a teacher, a science specialist, and a curriculum writer, I work to write experiences where students see themselves as scientists, and realize that they have the skills to question, explore, and explain the world around them.
