What inspired you to explore STEM when you were young?

I built and flew airplanes and rockets when I was young. My father and uncle were technical guys.

What do you enjoy most about what you do in your STEM career?

The relationships I build while solving complex problems. I get to learn people and tech at the same time.

What is a fun, bizarre or insightful STEM fact about your field?

It takes a diverse team to solve complex problems. Not everyone is an engineer or scientist. We need artist, musicians, logistics, people ops, industrial phycologist, financial analysist, contracts, facilities and security. professionals.
