Leslie Marshall
Leslie has over 10 years of teaching experience, which includes 7 years of STEM education in Pre-K through grade 8. She enjoys writing, and was able to combine her education and STEM backgrounds to develop and write STEM curricula for use all over the world, including the UK, China, and Malaysia. She also has been able to share her passion for STEM, by providing professional development to teachers, administrators, and education professionals to help improve STEM awareness and incorporation within the classroom. Leslie firmly believes that everyone should be afforded the opportunity to learn STEM, as more career and life paths are becoming rooted in STEM foundations.
Leslie is a lifelong learner and holds an M.Ed in K-9 and an M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology. She is always willing to learn new things, especially if it involves technology. When she isn’t working or learning, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, and traveling around the world, hoping one day to retire in Scotland.
